Getting a chance to sit down right now in Toronto. Just finished our fourth show last night in London, Ontario. Having a great time on the road this week, and have five more shows upcoming this week. Hamilton’s show on Wednesday was a lot of fun – we hadn’t played the Casbah before, but the venue was a really nice, classy spot.
Big thanks to the great people that came out to all the shows so far – Waterloo sold out, and we had a really awesome time. Was really nice seeing everyone singing along and Maxwell’s was a great venue! We will definitely be heading back there again this summer. London was a great time as well – the band was feeling pretty tired after the Waterloo show, complete with a nap in the van before the set, but the positive energy at Call the Office really helped us wake up. I personally had a really good time in London – had been worried though, I somehow managed to break my finger the night before. The glory!
Five days of minimal sleep, so tonight is going to be a resting one for us here in TO. We’re heading to Sudbury on Tuesday, TImmins on Wednesday, our CD Release show in Toronto on Thursday, Kingston on Friday and Ottawa on Saturday. Really looking forward to the dates!
